How to pick up your order:
- Place your order and make the payment online
- You will get a confirmation of order placed and time to pick up
- You will get a notification when the order is ready (alternatively you can track order status in my account as well)
- Pick it up from our safe designated area onsite
For Deliveries:
- Place your order and make the payment online
- You will get a confirmation of order placed and a tentative time of order arrival (alternatively you can track order status in my account as well)
- Our delivery driver will knock or send a message when he has placed the order outside your door
- Pick it up and give a wave to our driver who will be waiting at a two metre distance to ensure that the food is taken inside the property
- With the above safety measures our team will be following the new sanitising policy in place requiring them to sanitise all stations including pick up station onsite every two hours along with council regulated food safety plan.
- We will be closely monitoring and recording health of our team allowing only healthy staff to be at work.
- We want to be proactive in view of the global situation and request all our customers where possible to order online and avoid cash payment -
- If our managers or on floor crew believe the crowd or gathering might put our teams and other customer’s health at risk they will discourage that gathering
- Contact tracing posters for NZ Covid Tracer App (https://tracing.covid19.govt.nz/) will continue to be displayed and we encourage everyone to use it
